We value your privacy, that is why we send all our orders in discreet packaging. Your order will be sent in a plain brown box or envelope with no mention of Hello Pleasure. The only name that will appear on the parcel (other than yours) will be BK Imports & Distribution which is our trading name.

There will be no logos or anything else to give away the contents of the package.

The billing of your order will also be discreet, the transaction will be shown as Bayleaf Investments on your bank statement.
